Indie publishing has come a long way in the five (almost six!) years since we started BookFunnel. Some of our first customers have grown from debut authors with one release under their belt into big-time authors with huge backlists. Many of our most active authors today had never even written a book five years ago. Time passes and needs change.
We’ve always tried to make sure that BookFunnel grows with our authors. When you reach the next level in your author journey, we want to meet you with the tools you need to keep growing. Some of you have even reached the point where you’ve got assistants and helpers, or you’re running your own publishing company! And, we want to meet you where you are.
Today, we’re announcing team logins.
Team Member Logins
With team logins, you can invite other people to help manage your BookFunnel account. You can see at-a-glance who has access to your account and when they last accessed it. Most importantly, you can revoke a team member’s access to your account at any time.
Team logins can be used for all kinds of things, like…
- A virtual assistant to help with your BookFunnel account? ✅
- A promotions manager to manage your group promos? ✅
- A temporary login for someone to set up your account? ✅
- A publisher with different logins for each author? ✅
You can invite as many team members as you want, and you can revoke their access as soon as they’re done working for you. Team members cannot change your account login or password, nor can they see your billing or account information. All of that is kept safe with you.
So stop emailing (!?@!!) your password around the internet and get your team members their own logins today! If you’re not quite ready for a team of helpers just yet, no worries. BookFunnel is ready when you are.
